How the process works

Get Started

  • Start by filling out our inquiry form with a few details about your event. We’ll reach out to schedule a call and learn a little more about what you’re looking for.

  • We’ll meet to talk through your event, including the venue, timing, music, services, pricing, and the overall atmosphere you want to create. After the call, you’ll receive your contract and invoice. A signed contract and deposit are required to officially reserve your date.

  • As your event gets closer, we’ll collect the information we need to bring everything together. You’ll share your timeline, important moments, music preferences, must-plays, do-not-plays, and inspiration for different parts of the event.

    You don’t need to build the playlists yourself. Give us a sense of what you love, and we’ll take it from there.

  • Using everything you’ve shared, we’ll build out the music for your event, organize important cues and transitions, and make sure everything works with the flow of the day. Your preferences give us the direction, and we handle the details.

  • About one week before your event, we’ll meet for a final call to walk through the timeline and any last-minute changes so everyone is on the same page.

  • When the day arrives, you get to enjoy it. We’ll take care of everything we've discussed so you can stay present and enjoy the experience.
